LED Matrix Designer Program (Run in Visual Basic)

LED Matrix Designer - A VB2010 (Visual Basic) Program that will generate an output related to hardware component namely, 8x8 LED Matrix or 8x8 DOT Matrix. I find this helpful in terms that Hardware Programmers hardly imagine the image of the output. Please evaluate this one
